Hi, my Visa was stamped last Aaril (Exp - SEP 2015). But still I didn't fly yet. So I don't have i94. Now it is almost 1 year.
Q1> Will their be any issue if I'll go to US after a long gap?
Q2> Is it possible for me to change co. in India at this stage and then to move US? (means - change of visa petitioner before going to US for the first time)
Q3> How I can change job in US after going 1st time with present co.?
Q4> What are the risk involve in "Q3"? What are the informations & tips we should keep in mind ?
