Can I quit company before h1b is stamped?

Indian company filed h1b and got through lottery which is pending stamping. I still have b1 visa valid and if i get petition approved,
1. can i quit company and find new job to ask them h1b stamping?
2. Can new employer use the same petition?

It is not clear what you mean by "stamping." The H-1B status would not be available until October 1 2013, so what job would you be "quitting" in the first place, if you are on a B-1.

If you mean can you quit the company before a new one files an H-1b for you? I would say not a good idea. It would put you out of status with the other company and you would be residing here illegally. The new employer has to file a new H-1b on your behalf called an H-1B transfer. This must be done without a gap in employment.
