What is the minimum timeframe for working on part time h1b visa?

I am planning to apply for h1b visa through employer which is non-profit organization. they are affiliated with my university and can sponsor my h1b any time.
But my concern is working number of hours and if i take up just 15 hrs weekly, will i have issues on this visa?

There is no strict requirement. The hours should be logical and should make sure it is compliant to the requirements.
