Hello I am in US now with a valid H1B visa and I will be going to India next month for a vacation. When I come back I have to go for visa interview (Stamping) but in my LCA there is a spelling mistake in my employers name. There is one character extra in it. In my pay slips and visa approval notice employer name is correctly spelled. Federal employee identification number in LCA and pay slip matches. Address of the employer in LCA/H1Bapproval notice & pay slip matches. Will this spelling mistake cause any issue during my visa interview? IF so how should I correct this issue?
