I got arrested for DUI & Reckless driving, But they didn't file any charges on me in court. When i turned in for my arraignment, they said there is no record of me. I also took "Court registered report - which says no record on my name" from court.
I'm going to India soon for Visa Stamping (My first time H1b Visa Stamp), will there be any problem in my VISA stamping.
Can you please tell me, which docs i should take with me, Also is this something weird, that there is no record of me even with arrest ?
