I am not working since 1 year now and in my home country. I have used my h1b for 5 years and 1 week and do not have I-140 approved so far.
Now US company wants to hire me. Is it possible to reuse my left over years from h1b and get them h1b-transfered?
After entering US once i-129 is approved, can I file a new h1b for getting another 6 yrs since I was out of US for more than a year?
