Heard about transfer of H1B extension cases from Vermont to CA.
I was laid off by my previous employer in July'13. Applied for F1 in 8th Aug'13. F1 is still pending. Now applied for H1B premium with new employer on 20th Dec'13. Will transfer of cases from VA to CA effect my case too. Will there be any delay in process. Can I start working for my new employer once receipt number is obtained. Kindly let me know.
