Transfering h1b

Question

I got full time employment and trying to transfer h1b to another employer who is offering full time job after doing my Masters.
My h1b was approved in 2011 and if I transfer h1b, will USCIS consider my degree change of h1b in this condition because my h1b is approved in Masters quota.

Thhere is no such a thing that you can do, no quota for transfers.

however, there may be issues if the job requires a MS, in which case you must prove you have one. But if the job requires only a Bachular's degree, then you can rely on the strength of your BS degree.
