H1b stamping in Jamaica

Question

I am an Indian who completed MS in Cleveland state university.
Right now i work as IT admin with H1b which is valid till Oct 2013 and applied for an extension. I got approval for extension and it is valid for 3 years. So, the new extension is valid till 2016.

If I go for stamping now, will they stamp till 2013 or 2016?
Can I get it stamped in Jamaica?

U S sometimes allows stamping in 3rd party countries.You will need to contact the Embassy to see if they are willing to accept your application.
