Here is my situation
Last H1b Stamping done with previous employer. GC in process through new employer, I 140 approved.
Currently working in E-V-C model. Have client letter and related docs
I am planning to go for visa stamping in India. What are the chances of visa approval in E-V-C Model.
Should I prefer going to Canada over India for stamping?
Please advise. Any comment/feedback is highly appreciated.
