The company where I am working have applied L1 issued in Jul 2008 and expires on Jul 2011.
But my L1 was denied. I had to return back to India from USA on Oct 2011.
I was working for 6 months there and later applied for H1b to the same location.
Now that my petition is approved in Sept 2012, and new H1b is issued on Nov 2012 which expires in Jul 2014. I have now come to USA in Feb 2013.
Will i be eligible to apply for extending h1b before it expires? Or should i go to india?
