I am currently on H4 VISA and am planning to apply for H1B. I was working for around 6yrs in a top software company located in India. I have taken leave for a year. Should I quit my company before applying for H1B here? My company sponsors H1B only if I am in India but thats not possible now. Am not sure of any consultancies here. Can some1 give me ideas and help me out plsss... Is it possible o join the same company here? If so, how?
