My husband's asylum case is still pending from past 2 years and I am under his application. He has his EAD based on that asylum application. Will I be eligible to get a work permit from the family member of applicant?
If no, then can I apply for h1b through any employer while my name is still pending along with my husband?

Talk to your attorney for exact steps you need to take.
Also, the question doesn't sound more relevant to me.
One thing I can think of is, yes. if you are still listed under your husband, then try it.
