Company A sponsored my h1b last october and this April I have changed my job to CompanyB due to companyA had some financial issues.
CompanyB has filed my h1b now and I joined them when I got reciept I-797. My case is still pending till today.
I got another offer and they would confirm after my background check. Good thing is, the HR has confirmed that h1b transfer is not a problem for them. Can I change to this new company now as I didn't resign company A yet and not planning to do so until I get the I-797 reciept from companyB, as I do not want to be out of status.
