I got my H1b approved in on Oct 1st through my employer after they filed in April. I traveled India for a couple of days and got my visa stamped. But my visa start date was from August. So I feel I can't enter US 10 days before Oct 1st.
Was this a mistake from US Embassy? I know I cant start work until October1st. But can I really enter now or will that be a problem?
