Once I enter Advance Parole, is it possible for h1b to be reintated?

When my wife went to h1b stamping she was asked to submit some documents on the basis of 221G white slip.
Since she had to join work soon, we thought of withdrawing h1b application and use Advance Parole to enter US.
If we are using Adavance Parole to enter US, I want to know if h1b status can be reinstated if she still works for the same employer?

If her h1b petition is valid, then she can definitely go for visa stamping. She can use it to enter using H1b status.
