What would be my h1b status after Oct1?

I am working in USA through my L1 visa and applied for h1b along with COS. This was approved in Jul 2013.
Later, i had a trip to india for 2 weeks for my vacation in August and came back on L1b.
What would be my status on Oct1st?

You should be seeing your H1b approval which you get especially I-94 should give you the start date.
Hence you will get H1b status from Oct 1st. Follow up with your company's immigration attorney.
