Transfer for H1B

I have an H4 in the United States and this year I filed for an H1B. I had filed my H1 before I entered the US on my H4 and it is still under RFE status.

1. Once I get an approval with a receipt number approval, can it be transferred before or after October 1st, 2013?

2. Will there need to be a payslip for the transfer because I don't have one since I was on leave from my current employer?

3. If the payslips are needed, would it be recommended for me to go back to the United States and work for 3 months to get 3 payslips?

4. Is it a possiblitiy to go back to my home country and then come back on my H4, which is valid until October 2014 even if I have an approved H1B?

An RFE have a lot of specifics and are very time sensitive. It would be highly advised to have an experienced immigration attorney help you with your situation.
