3) My new employer is suggesting that, the ideal time to apply for Green Card, is 1.5 Years min stay in US to avoid RFE and ETC. Is this right?

4) How can we differentiate Permanent & Contract JOB that is being offered

5) What are the difference between Permanent position & Contract JOB?
Can you suggest any employer who does Permanent /Full time position?
