Filing amendment after client change in the same company

Question

I am working for a company where I changed the client last year.Though the company I work for is the same, they never applied for H1b ammendment.  The company filed new LCA when I changed the client, but not the amendment.

Can the company file ammendment now? Will the LCA be rejected in this case?

I believe you should be able to file amendment even now.
