Question on H1b transfer

My H1b transfer was denied on 29th jul 2013 by company1. I am trying to refile from company2 with company1 as a middle layer. If company2 starts processing  my h1b transfer using premimum, will i regain my status?

Now, company1 is applying for motion to reopen. What if company2 transfer is denied, will I be out of status and how long can I stay in US?

If your h1b is still valid with your previous employer and you are still working with them, then you are good. You still maintain valid status.
You may be able to move to a new employer if they sponsor your h1b. Your first h1b should still be valid whether you are still with the same employer or not.
