I am trying for H1B transfer through a different employer. Can my new employer transfer even if my current employer revokes my H1B Visa?
My current H1B is valid for 2 more years. Do I need to go out of US to get my Visa stamped?
Is it possible to stay in USA and get my visa transfered?

If you have a valid H1B visa, you are eligible to travel. As long as you are in USA you will not need stamping if you carry your approved petition.
If you are out of USA and want to get in, then you would need stamping.
