Hi,
If two employers file for H1B for an applicant and if the applicant gets selected in lottery for both employers, he/she will have to choose one employer in order to work.
In this case, Can the second employer, with whom the applicant chooses not to work, file a case a case or ask for breach of contract charges from the applicant?
