Hi,
I got my H1B visa in 2012 valid till Feb/2015. When I travelled to USA in 2013 and I got my I94 expired date as Feb/2015.
I applied for H1 extension in 2015 and got visa extension till June/2017. Now I am planning to move some other company.
Now my question is what document I can produce as a part of my I9 submission to new employer since my current I94 is expired.
Please help me.
