i left my job,after 30 days new employer filed h1 petition in premium,but missing 2 pay slips,will there be any issue?

Hi ,

I left my job before its been a month and i have got new job.

After getting LCA and everything new employer filed H1 Transfer Petition to USCIS  after 30 days in Premium Process.I missed 2 payslips as there is a gap of 30 days.I have done H1-B transfer through another employer before changing job and i got approval,but i do not have payslip with new employer as i didnt joined.

Am little concerned and wanted to understand if there will be any issue from USCIS in approving the H1 Transfer filed.

It`s a tricky situation. Usually, it takes more than 30 days for your employer to revoke your petition. If you don`t have the payslips, it`s up the uscis official to decide about the approval. All the best!
