Does any one know how to correctly file taxes under H1B Visa? I've done my research and it seems that there are some things you need to consider.
Substancial Presence Test - To identify if you are going to file as Resident Alien or Non Resident alien
I was here July 1 , and would be pretty much here until end of year, and would file as Resident Alien
Do i need to get tax details from the income I earned from my home country?
