Does this mean that my status is out from August 1st to August 26th?

While on an H1B visa, I switched from employer A to employer B on August 26th, 2013. Employer A revoked my H1B on August 1st, 2013 but the USCIS revoked the employer A petition on September 17th, 2013. Would employer B use this during  their decision on the petition? If the USCIS requested my latest pay stub would I use the one for August 1st, 2013?

By what you are saying you ended employment for employer A on August 1st, 2013 and started with employer B after August 26th, 2013. The USCIS may or may not allow you to switch. If the USCIS does not allow this, then you may have a certain limit of H1bs for the current fiscal year. In general, if it is under 30 days since your employment ended with the first employer, you would be alright although there is no generic rule.
