Is h1b visa restamping required after amendment while still in India?

Sep2013 my h1b visa stamped valid dec 2014 and two days before my travel to US my company told me that they will be filling my H1 amendment bcause of salary change.Still in india.Now when my h1b amendment is through should I go for restamping?

AS long as your visa stamping is valid with your current employer, you dont need go for stamping after amendment.
