Can I sponsor my own H1B Visa while working for a company

I recently got few interviews lined up but most of the companies are reluctant in sponsoring for H1B. Can I sponsor my own Visa and keep working for the company

No you cannot sponsor your own H-1B visa. Your employer should sponsor your H-1B.
