I was approved for H1 visa this year and I'm planning to go for H1B stamping in this year ending. Please suggest me which place is better for me to get it done quickly. India/canada? I saw in Jamaica consulate website that they are no more accepting applications for H1b stamping starting Oct,31 2014. I'm from science background and one of my colleagues who had almost 5 years of experience went to India for H1B stamping. Her passport was held for 6 weeks for verification process and finally issued it to her. I can't really take that long vacation if in case same thing happens to me. Please post your valuable suggestions on this. How soon that can be done in Canada. Will it be done in one week? I would be very glad with your answers. Thank you.
