I am planning on changing my status from H1 to H4. My husband will be changing to a new company in the next couple of months. We both live in different states.
I have couple of questions.
1. Is it better to file my COS along with my husband's H1 transfer?
2. What are the documents required for my application?
3. What would be the address in form i-539 since we live in different places. (my current address/ my future address). I wont be living at my current address by the time my H4 gets approved.
4. In form i-539 part 3. I am not sure what to answer for question 2 and 3.?
