My old company H1-B Visa is valid till Oct 10 2014 and for my wife her H4 Visa is valid till Oct 10 2014 per current stamping. My wife travelled to India on November 2013 and she is still in India. Meanwhile I switched my Job in Jan 2014 and got all my approved H1 with new employer till 2016, yet to get it stamped.
Please let me know whether I can do the following:
1. Whether my wife can apply a new H4 using my current H1 B approved Docs which is valid till Dec 2016, even though my VISA is not stamped yet ?
2. If yes, whether she can go for Stamping any time after Oct 10th or she should go before Oct 10th.
