h1b denied, new client letter

Question

This year my employer filed my h1b and  I got RFE.During this process my project got changed, so, he respond my cases with new LCA, and client letter, but my visa got denied,  on 31st sep, please advice

It's hard to say without seeing the client letter, and it might also be helpful to work with LegalNet to write to the post to determine why exactly the visa was denied (ie, was client letter insufficient, did they suspect fraud, failure to comply with Neufeld memo, etc.)

You need to seek counsel.

This is strange , but they might at their end had a view that , how can the candidate be specialized under the new client so early.......btw who was u r employer.
