L1 VISA with H1B VISA

Question

My employer is willing to file L1 VISA for me however, I am planning to file H1B with another employer in US. It looks like both will get done by 2015 only.

what will be the repurcations if I file L1 with my current employer and then file a petition for H1B with another employer in US after 3-4 months. I assume that I'll be in India only during the H1B filing.

i had the same case. There were no issues. At one time i had both L1 and H1 petitions approved. I continued to work on L1 and later moved to H1
