Hi,
I am a valid H1-B extended visa holder.My fresh petition was approved and visa stamped in jan 2012 which got expired in Oct 2012. Thereby I filed extension in oct 2012 in US and petition got extended in dec 2012.
I travelled back to India in March 2013.Still in India.
First thing: do i need to get my visa stamped for it to be valid for transfer in next company?
Second thing: Is there any time lines after an year of Stay outside US, extended visa cannot be transfered?
Like i came back in march 2013 to India, so is it like my H1-B cannot be transfered beyond March 2014??
Any other constraints in H1-B transfer??
Please throw some light on this.
