I have applied H1B visa and got the receipt number on 10Apr2014. Went to RFE on 29Apr2014. Just verifying more than 100 receipt numbers and the ouput is 50 to 60 applications are went to RFE Stage. comparing with last year data RFE ratio is high. We might get RFE if we are processing H1B in california center. Vermont center is some how ok.
