I am in H4 visa. It already expired now but I have filed I-539 for extension of stay and waiting for approval. My husbands H1B is extended for 3 more years and going to start green card process now in EB3 category.
Now my question is - I need to join Masters Degree in Nursing . Before I get EAD through my husband, Can I convert to F1 and obtain OPT/CPT to work as RN Nurse? How difficult/expensive is the change of status process?
