Potential GC Cateory - EB2 or EB3?

Hi There

My employer offered GC processing for me, few days back. They have mentioned they are proceesing it under EB2/EB3 categories.

What will be my potential category if I have a Bachelor degree with 7 years experience in relevant field.

They have encourage me to ask them questions. What are the questions should I ask for clarification apart from the category, considering am about to bring my spouse to US?

Could you also point me to relevent information on GC processing?

Bachelors with 5 years of experience qualifies for EB2.
