About Lottery process :

Let me tell an example, One employer files petition for 100 of its associates, the best case in lottery would be 100 files will get selected and the worst case would be none will get selected from that employer. Is my assumption correct?

Or Some % of applications for each employer is alloted?

Please clarify.

There is no % based allocation for employers. It`s all luck
