Taxes filling with H1B during first year on non-resident status

Hello everybody. Have a very important question. How i should file the taxes as H1B in first months for non-resident status(case 2013 i just start working since october...so in 2013 i wasnt resident). I ll be apritiate for any tips or ideas what forms and in whitch way i should file...for exaple if its 1040nr-ez form...should i put in line 13 (Exemption) 3900$ amount or i can`t? and how i can return Social Security and Helth Insurence taxes.
