Hi, My employer has filed LCA for H1B but LCA is still not approved.

IF employer files H1B petition without LCA approval(as LCA approval is still not come).
Can my H1B be rejected??
Is it mandatory to have LCA approved before filing H1B

if your LCA is still not approved, you cannot file H1B, if its still not approved contact me on nimesh@aviglo.com, I can help ASAP
