H1B employer change in India - My query

Question

Hi,

Currently I am workin with a company 'A' in India. I have travelled to USA through company 'A' and returned back to India.

My h1 extension has been filed and its approved now.

Now, If I want to change the employer in India, can I do that? What will be the status of my approved H1.

If the new employer accepts for status change and if my current employer doesnt provide me the original approved docs now what will be the situation.
