My wife and two kids came to US on H4 (I was on H1) and their H4's were amended when I transferred my H1 to new employer.
Recently on 1-Oct-2013, my wife status was changed from H4 to H1.
My Question is: Do H4's of my kids require amendment now since their H4's were amended last time along with my wife's H4?
Can you please share few information?
