H1B Transfer -H4 Impact

Hi

I've my H1B Visa valid till mar 2015 and my wife dependent visa is valid till march 2015. Now i'm working for the company A and I planning to travel US on next month (ie) Mar 2014,after reaching there if i'm switching to Company B (after getting approved froM USICS),whether my wife dependent visa (H4) will be void or still they can travel to US Untill mar 2015?
