Wife works on L1b expiring in June 2014 and I am on h1b. Planning to apply premium processing for her, will she stay as h4 until then?
Or without getting h1b approval for her, can I apply for her h4?

Either way could work, but it is the employer who petitions someone for an H1B, not you
