H1B Transfer - Petition for a Nonimmigrant worker

I applied for premium processing on I-129 which was stopped on May 20, 2013. The notice contained information to perform further action. As I am on 4th day of this notice and my employer and attorney has not received any RFE/Notice from USCIS, I am getting a bit impatient.
