H1B Transfer - Gap between 2 employers

Question

There was a gap between my previous employer and current employer. The gap was for about a month. My H1B transfer is still in process. Do I need to be concerned about the gap between my employers and about the H1B transfer.

Short gaps can be overlooked. Hope you started working with new employer after USCIS received petition from your employer.
