H1B Transfer - Docs received by USCIS

I work with company A and willing to join Company B. Company B has already filed my H1B transfer and documents are received by USCIS on 04/22/2013. Can I start working with Company B immediately?

Upon filing and approvable petition and received by USCIS, you can immediately start working for Company B.
