H1B Transfer - New Employer

Question

I am joining new employer on 07/08/13. I have H1B transfer from new employer approved and is valid from 06/13/13 to 06/13/16. I there any time limit on H1B transfers to start with new employer?

As soon as USCIS receives your H1B transfer, you can start with new employer. If your previous employer withdraws H1B transfer if you stop working there, it will create a gap.
