will breaking a bond create issue with the h1b consultants?

Question

I signed a 1 year agreement with my consultant that I will stay with him and also I should not join the end clients or middle vendors

 

In my case,i only found my middle vendor and get a project and I introcuded my middle vendor to my consultant.

 

Let me know if I leave before a year time,will my consultant can create any issue

 

he didnt invest single penny on me.
